If your battery-powered LED lightbox isn’t turning on, here are a few quick troubleshooting steps:

  1. Lightbox flashes then stops:
    If the light briefly flashes any color and then turns off, it’s likely that the batteries are low or depleted. Replace all batteries with fresh ones to restore functionality.

  2. Lightbox won’t turn on but remote light works:
    If the LED lightbox isn’t responding but the red indicator on your remote lights up when pressing a button, try resetting the lightbox unit. This often resolves connectivity or sync issues.

  3. Remote doesn’t light up at all:
    If the red light on the remote doesn’t illuminate, the remote battery likely needs replacing. Insert a new CR2032 button cell battery and test again.

To reset your LED lightbox when the remote control has power but isn’t responding, follow these simple steps:

  1. Turn off the lightbox manually
    Press the white power button located on the LED unit to switch it off completely.

  2. Check the remote’s signal
    Press the ON/OFF button on your remote. If the red light on the front of the remote flashes, it means the remote is working properly.

  3. Resync the remote with the lightbox
    While pressing the ON/OFF button on the remote, turn the light unit back on using the white button on the unit. Press the remote button a few more times. If the lightbox flashes, it has successfully resynced with the remote.
