1.If you have not used it in awhile and your light box flashes any colour then stops working then its time to change the batteries

2.The Lightbox wont work and the batteries are good/new, on the front of the remote the red light works when you press a button please reset the unit.

3.On the front of the remote the red light does not work when you press a button please replace the battery in the remote 2030 button battery.

1 To reset the light unit, please turn off the light unit with the white button on the light unit.

2. press the on/off button on the remote to check its working) red light at the end of the remote will flash)

3.If the remote is working, turn the light unit back on with the white button while pressing the on/off button a few times , the light unit will flash then the unit has resynced with the remote.

You have 12 months no quibble cover on your Lightbox ( Excludes Batteries and return postage), if the pictures are bespoke printed for you then we can not accept return for that item. The Lightbox should be return in a resaleable condition. We do not take responsibility for damage caused in the post so please ask for proof of postage ( to get compensation from the post office you need proof of postage)
